My son and his new wife honeymooned in Tasmania and spent a couple of days at Cradle Mountain. This wonderful place is the inspiration for my latest painting. My other sons new wife gave me some silver leaf and I have used it to do the sky in this painting. I have also made use of some iridescent paints in among the purples. It was fun to play with some new mediums.
